Urban Exploration slideshow
On August 19, 2007, the San Francisco Chronicle published an article on Urban Exploration. It presents urban exploration in a positive light, detailing our adventures with freelance reporter James Nestor during a recent Central Coast Meetup and a few additional locations in the SF Bay Area and beyond.
The accompanying slideshow includes audio captured inside a sugar refinery silo near San Luis Obispo, with James narrating. The sounds reverberating off the walls inside the hermetically sealed silo were amazing, and the audio is impressive. Of course, it's not as good as being there, but it still conveys the experience surprisingly well. James created the audio; photos were taken by Jonathan Haeber and me.
